These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 450bd platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the 450bd website or any related services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms in full.

• Balance: The total funds deposited and available in a member's account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household address, IP address, or device. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide your correct name, date of birth, phone number, and address when registering. If false information is provided, 450bd reserves the right to close the account at any time without notice, and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

• Account ownership is non-transferable.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. If you share your login details with anyone, or allow someone else to operate your account, you bear full responsibility for all activity that results.

3.1 Security Guidelines

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify 450bd support immediately.
• Always log out of your account after using a public or shared device.
• Do not access the platform through phishing links or unknown sources.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, inform the 450bd support team immediately. 450bd may take steps to temporarily secure the account in the event of a security breach.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

450bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits and withdrawals via methods outside this list are not permitted.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for each payment method).
• Deposited funds must come from the member's own registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions will be reversed.
• Please save the transaction reference or transaction ID at the time of deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.4 Transaction Verification

5.1 Welcome Bonus

450bd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Deposits of ৳8,333 or more will receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus; for example: a deposit of ৳18,000 earns a ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳12,000 in wagers — after which winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion can be claimed only once per account.
• Bonus funds are used before real money.
• If bonus funds are withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If evidence of any bonus-related fraud is found, 450bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts.
• 450bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The 450bd VIP program has three tiers. Members are promoted to higher tiers based on regular activity and loyalty to the platform:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP cashback is paid according to the terms applicable to each tier. Detailed VIP benefit terms are subject to change and 450bd will notify members accordingly.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Members must verify all details before confirming any bet on 450bd. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. 450bd reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical error or obvious mistake.

6.2 Sports Betting

• All bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant event.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with the platform's established policy.
• Odds changes will not apply after a bet has been confirmed.
• 450bd is not responsible for delayed odds or feed issues in live betting.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

• Deliberately placing bets with the intention of exploiting bonus offers (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to launder money or process illegal funds through the platform.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or security, or gain unauthorized access.
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of another member.
• Attempting to obtain benefits through false claims or fraudulent information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

8.1 Suspension by 450bd

450bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.
• Account inactive for an extended period (prior notice will be given).

8.2 Account Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw all eligible balances before the account is closed.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no activity for 12 consecutive months. For inactive accounts, 450bd may deduct an administrative fee or close the account after giving advance notice. To withdraw any balance remaining in an inactive account, please contact the support team.

450bd is committed to ensuring the highest standard of service on the platform. However, 450bd will not be held responsible for the following:

• Issues with bets or games caused by internet disconnection or third-party network problems.
• Losses caused by problems with the member's own device or software.
• Uncontrollable events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, or network failures.
• Account information falling into the hands of a third party due to the member's own negligence.
• Financial losses from betting or gaming — there is no guarantee of winning in gaming.

Members may use the following features if they wish:
